PFSP: Pipeline and facility surveillance program was a training program on pipeline and facility surveillance without violating the voluntary principle on Security and Human Rights organized by NIDPRODEV with a population of 448 participants. The training was designed to achieve the following objectives.

  • Identifying weakness within the workforce related to deal with individual and group conflict situation and equip them with necessary skills to manage conflict.

  • Developing in the work force an appreciation and acceptance for diverse background and different between individuals.

  • Enhancing communication and negotiation skills

  • Introducing and orienting the workforce on tools for team building.

  • Educating the workforce on the benefit of networking and how it can help to minimize sabotage and encroach in one another’ territory

  • Introducing the concept of conflict sensibility, to understand the context in which they operate.

  • The Pipeling Facilitity Survellance Program was organised in 2006. Voluntary Principal on human Rights, Security, Conflict and Leadership.
