The PFSP is a capacity building programme focusing on educating security forces in areas such as Leadership, Conflict Management, the Voluntary Principle on Security and Human Rights, and the UN Global Compact. Each year, approximately 500 personnel are trained from an 80-page manual including extensive real life case studies. This project is sponsored by Chevron Nigeria Ltd.
